Tanda Zap Review (Hot Pink!)

Hello Everyone! Today I wanted to review the Tanda Zap acne spot treatment device!  I've gotten mixed reviews so I wanted to give it a try and give my opinion first hand.
They come in 3 different colors: White (original), Blue, and Hot Pink! (like mines)

The reason why I bought the Tanda Zap is because I've always struggled with acne.  I first saw this device while browsing on Sephora (no longer available on their site), and saw they have gotten a lot of mixed reviews.  The concept intrigued me so when I saw it selling on groupon in hot pink I bought it immediately.

How to Use
I purposely did not put the Tanda Zap directly on my face.  I wanted to show you how much power this little device can make.

The LED light is supposed to destroy bacteria while the Tanda Zap vibrates to open up your pores.

It's really easy to use, it doesn't hurt, theres no pain.  It honestly feels like putting an electric toothbrush on your face without the bristles.

The device is really small and portable.  Nothing really much to it except for that one orange button.

It has 7 bulbs that I guess evens out the distribution of the light.

Tanda Zap Review

Overall I like the product but I am not in love with it.  I do not recommend this product to those who have severe acne but I think this product works best to those who break occasionally.  I usually use the Tanda Zap when I see a pimple emerging and when I catch the breakout in it's early stages the next morning it's usually gone.  For the pimples that have already emerge it does help with the healing process and the pimple goes away a lot faster.

Pros:
Easy to use, you can literarily use this product anywhere.  As long as you have a free hand where you can keep the device on your face for 2 minutes, thats really all you need.  No prep time, no extra products, just a clean face. I usually use the Tanda Zap when I'm having "Me Time."  Reading a book or blogs and while watching netflix, TV, or youtube.

Cons:
Right after immediate use the area on my skin that has been treated turns purple (like a bruise)! I don't know if thats normal but it doesn't hurt burn or anything but the discoloration stays there for a good 10 minutes before it goes away. I don't think it's too much of an issue but if your going somewhere definitely don't use the Tanda Zap before you leave the house because someone might think someone punched you in the face. haha jk. I suggest using this product at night before you go to sleep so your skin has time to recover.

Battery and Shelf Life
It takes 3 AAA batteries, and the device lasts up to 1000 uses, after it's reached it's shelf life you have to buy a new Tanda Zap, the cost to the Tanda Zap retails for $50 USD.

Best Place to Purchase the Tanda Zap = Amazon

I did not purchase the Tanda Zap from Amazon and I wish I did.  I bought my Tanda Zap from groupon thinking they were selling it for a cheaper price but they weren't.  I paid the full $50 and could of saved myself a good $15. ლ(́◉◞౪◟◉‵ლ)

Have you tried the Tanda Zap? What did you think about it?  If you haven't will you purchase it?
