Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner Review

Hello everyone!  Today I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner :)
Benefit released their first gel push up liner.  It's a gel liner in a pen form!  How cool is the concept.
This is my first time seeing a product like this.  It's an all in one gel liner.

This is what the product looks like when it's used on the top eyelid and the bottom waterline.
The product dries matte black.
An awesome product for a dramatic eye look.
Before and after shots.
Also great for everyday wear.
Benefit's They're Real Push Up Liner has a twist off cap.  It's convenient because I don't have to worry about the top coming off and staining the insides of my purse.  The tip of eyeliner is rubberized and the gel eyeliner comes out when twisted.  The concept is ideal for those who still want the gel effect but does not have the time use a pot and brush.
Very versatile.  Any look can be created with this liner.
Glides on easily and the black is very pigmented.
It's also a convenient size.
Overall I really like this eyeliner.  I like that it's very easy to use and it's a one step product.  I don't have to worry about looking for a brush and a pot of eyeliner, and it fits conveniently in my purse.

Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner Review

Pros
-Long Lasting!  This eyeliner will not budge if you put the right amount.  Another great tip to prevent smudging is to go over it with black eyeshadow.
-Easy to Use!  I love the simple construction.  I'm a huge fan of simplicity.  The less steps the better.
-True Black!  Very dark black eyeliner, blackest of the black looks beautiful on every eye.

Cons:
-Pain in the Butt to Remove: Yes, it lasts all day but It's so annoying to remove.
-Flakes: Sometimes it flakes, especially if you put too much product.  Make sure you don't add layers on top of layers.
-Waste of Product: It's inevitable.  Because it is a push up pen, every time you twist the cap off there is gel that has been pumped out or the tip is dry and you have to twist until new gel comes out.  Dry gel creates flakes, and no one wants that!  Also you may have to repurchase the eyeliner a lot quicker than you think.

Is it worth $24? hmmmm maybe.  Depends on what your looking for.

Would I repurchase?  Still on the fence about it!  I've had this eyeliner for a month now but I haven't been using it everyday.

Thanks of reading! -Vanessa Jhoy xoxox
