Fresh Citrus Detox Water

Ingredients

  • 1 Grapefruit 
  • 1 Orange 
  • 1 Lime 
  • 10-15 Mint Leaves 
Instructions

  • Mix ingredients with water and refrigerate for a couple of hours
  • Remove fruits and mint leaves after a couple of days
  • The fresh citrus detox water can be kept fresh for a week

  • Helps flush toxins and makes your feel energized and refreshed!
  • Oranges and grapefruits are an excellent source of vitamin C
  • Lime helps with digestion and constipation
  • Mint leaves helps with nausea and headache

The ingredients look beautiful on a plate!

I suggest drinking in the morning so you feel refreshed!  Also before meals so it helps with digestion!

It says mix ingredients with ware for a couple of hours but than it says to remove fruit and mint leaves after a couple of days? So im a little lost with this.

Does this mean I can start drinking the water after a few hours of the ingredients being in the water? Just to take them out after a few days of it being in the water?

@Dan it takes a couple of hours for the fruit and mint leaves to infuse in the water. You remove the fruit and mint leaves after a couple of days because it starts to get bitter due to the fruits skin. Hope that helps! :)
